Model's Consent for Participation in Basic Combined Manicure Course

I hereby consent to participate in the Basic Combined Manicure Course (hereinafter referred to as the "Course"). I understand and agree to the terms set forth in this consent:

1. I understand that the manicure will be performed by a non-experienced manicurist under the supervision of a certified master manicurist.

2. I acknowledge that having a non-experienced manicurist perform the manicure may involve certain risks, such as the possibility of injury or an imperfect manicure.

3. I release and waive any claims or demands against the non-experienced manicurist and the certified master manicurist in connection with the manicure performed during the Course.

4. I agree not to initiate any legal actions or claims regarding any injuries or unsatisfactory outcomes that may arise as a result of my participation in the Course.

5. I confirm that I am responsible for any risks associated with participating in the Course, and I will not hold the non-experienced manicurist or the certified master manicurist liable for any issues that may arise.

6. I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this consent, and I am of legal age and have the right to enter into legal agreements.
I hereby confirm my consent to participate in the Course and acknowledge my understanding and agreement with the aforementioned conditions.

7. If the model fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.

The Model agrees to be available as a model for the Course from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
