Model's Consent for Participation in Basic Combined Manicure Course

I hereby consent to participate in the Basic Combined Manicure Course (hereinafter referred to as the "Course"). I understand and agree to the terms set forth in this consent:

1. I accept that practicing for a class with new working off technique may take longer and understand the risk of manicure imperfection

2. I release and waive any claims or demands against the experienced manicurist and the certified master manicurist in connection with the manicure performed during the Course.

3. I agree not to initiate any legal actions or claims regarding any injuries or unsatisfactory outcomes that may arise as a result of my participation in the Course.

4. I confirm that I am responsible for any risks associated with participating in the Course, and I will not hold the experienced manicurist or the certified master manicurist liable for any issues that may arise.

5. I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this consent, and I am of legal age and have the right to enter into legal agreements.
I hereby confirm my consent to participate in the Course and acknowledge my understanding and agreement with the aforementioned conditions.

6. Participation fees will only be refunded if we are given at least 24 hours notice of cancellation


The Model agrees to be available as a model for the Course from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
